Sign Up and Onboarding

Advantus is a user-friendly self-service portal that allows you to effortlessly configure notifications across multiple platforms using a single interface.

It is designed to be so swift that you can send your first notification within just 30 minutes, without any complexities.

Once you create an account with Advantus, you must create an application. The application is nothing but a configuration for sending notifications and managing, storing, and optimising user and messaging data related to notifications.

This documentation covers the steps to sign up or sign in with the Advantus platform. We can't wait to see you get started!

Create an Account

To use Advantus, you need to create a user account. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the Sign Up Page

Go to the Advantus website and click the "Sign Up" button.

Step 2: Provide Your Information

Fill out the required information in the sign-up form. This typically includes:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Password (Ensure the password meets the specified requirements (e.g., minimum length, special characters).

Step 3: Agree to Terms and Conditions

Carefully read and accept the terms and conditions of using Advantus.

Step 4: Complete the Sign-Up

Click the "Create Account" button to complete the sign-up process.

Sign In

Now that your account is created, you can sign in to Advantus.

Step 1: Access the Sign In Page

Navigate to the Advantus website and click on the "Sign in" button.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

Enter the email address and password linked to your Advantus account.

Step 3: Click "Sign In"

Click the "Sign in" button to access your account.

Forgot Password

If you forget your account password, you can reset it through email by following these steps:

Step 1: Select the “Forgot Password” option.

Provide your registered email address to receive a recovery email from Advantus.

Open the email and click on the provided verification link. This will redirect you to the reset password window.

Step 3: Password Reset

  • Create a new password for your account.
  • Ensure the new password meets the specified requirements (e.g., minimum length, special characters).
  • Save the changes.

  • Ensure you entered the correct email address.
