To create and send email campaigns, navigate to Notification > Email.
When creating an email campaign, it requires some essential details. To simplify the process, we have divided it into three stages.
WHO
In this stage, you'll choose the audience that will receive your message. You can select a segment, add an audience/segment, or upload a CSV file containing your targeted audience.
WHAT
This stage enables you to customise your email in different ways where the campaign name is a mandatory field in all scenarios.
You can use a pre-defined template. You can create an email layout and add content.
You can create a simple email with a subject line and email body.
OVERVIEW
This is the final stage of sending your email notification. However, it allows you to edit any details without restarting the entire process.
Select the “New Campaign” option to start creating the email notification.
To create and send email notifications, you must configure email settings.

Before creating the campaign, select the user segment that will receive the email. You can any of these scenarios:

Advantus simplifies sending notifications to your targeted users.
In this scenario, you're presented with the lists of existing user segments or audiences. If any of the segments fits your requirement, select it from here.
For instance, if you're running a promotion for new users, you might choose the “Active users” segment from the list.
If none of the existing segments fit your requirements, you have the option to create a new segment or add an audience to the existing segments.
For instance, you might create a segment called "High-Spending Customers" based on users who have made multiple purchases above a certain amount. Or, you can add new audiences in any of the existing segments.
In cases where targeted users are not segmented within the platform or system, you can upload a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file directly.
This method allows for targeting specific audience who may not be part of any predefined segments.
Please ensure your CSV file is properly formatted with the necessary contact information. Typically, this includes columns for email addresses and other relevant data like names or demographics.
Provide the following detils to create an email.
Provide a campaign name associated with your emails. A campaign name is a specific and identifiable name given to a marketing or advertising campaign.
For example, a campaign name could be "Spring Sale 2024" or "Product Launch Event."
Select how you wish to compose your email.
Use your pre-defined templates for emails for quick email campaigns.
The essential details required for cretaing an email message are:

Subject | The subject of the campaign name serves as the subject, which is the initial point of contact for the user. |
Email body | Enter the email message that aims to convey information, promote products or services, and build a relationship with the recipient. |
Add attachment | Add an attatchment(s). Add : Click on the add button to add multiple attachments. Supporting file types, including PDF, ZIP, PNG, JPEG, and more. Remove: Click on the remove button to remove an attachment. |
The HTML email design builder is an easy-to-use tool where you can simply drag and drop elements to customise your email layout such as fonts, colours, headings, add images, content, and much more with ease.
You can edit your details without going back from this window. For that select the “Edit” button for a specific section.
Once you are ready, select the “Confirm & Send Notification” button to send your email.
