View Pending Request

The Approval Pending section displays all requests currently awaiting approval. Here, you will find items that require the checker's authorisation to proceed and close the request.

Both the maker and the checker have access to this section.

Pre-requisite

  • You must be assigned the checker's role to approve requests.

How does approval cycle work?

The checker reviews the request and takes appropriate action. If the request is approved, the task is executed. Conversely, if the request is rejected, it is closed, and the maker must submit a new request.

Who has approval authority?

Only the checker has the authority to approve or reject requests. This role distinction ensures a clear separation of responsibilities, maintaining an organised approval process.
