Reset Your Password

If you forget your password, you can easily reset it:

Step 1: Click "Forgot password"

• On the sign-in page, select the "Forgot password" link.
• Enter your registered email address to receive a recovery email.

Step 2: Verify your email

• Open the email from Advantus and click the provided verification link. You will be redirected to the password reset page.

Step 3: Create a new password

• Set a new password that meets the security requirements.
• Save your changes to update the password.

Tips:

• Didn’t receive the recovery email? Check your spam or junk folder, or confirm that you entered the correct email address.
• If you’ve forgotten your registered email or need further help, contact our support team via Email.
