WhatsApp templates are created in a WhatsApp Business Account; however, Advantus allows you to view WhatsApp templates in the "Template" section.

• WhatsApp Business Account: A verified account is necessary.
• Template Approval: Templates must be approved by WhatsApp Business Account for sending.

What is template id?
A template id is a unique identifier assigned to each template by Advantus. It is used to reference specific templates within the API. To view a WhatsApp template:

How to view WhatsApp templates?

You can view all the WhatsApp templates created in your WhatsApp Business Account in the Advantus template section by selecting "WhatsApp" from the platform filters.

Where to view WhatsApp template content?

You can view the content of a WhatsApp template simply by hovering your cursor over the "Template Body" section of the template.

Note: All WhatsApp templates are visible in the Advantus template list.
